Alysann Foster, LMT
Alysann Foster grew up in Grandview and has returned to raise her family in this wonderful community. She graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine with honors in March 2004 and was licensed by the Ohio Medical Board in October 2004. The interest in massage therapy began when attending the Athletic Training program at Ohio University where she was introduced to massage for sports injuries.
Alysann has also trained in energy work and alternative therapies. She is a Reiki Master and also practices CrainioSacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release from the Upledger Institute. These therapies can be used independently or together with massage to create the best treatment plan for each appointment.
"I believe each body is unique and deserving of a treatment tailored to match it's needs. Because of this belief, I'm always looking for the next therapy to add to my mix. I'll be completing a course this October in Lymphatic Drainage.
